Colin Gaynor

Colin founded Resolute Advisory in June 2020, having previously held senior roles in Deloitte, Kavanagh Fennell and BidX1. A highly experienced practitioner with extensive commercial experience, Colin has more than 800 insolvency engagements across multiple jurisdictions under his belt—many involving complex litigation.

Colin is unwavering in his determination to drive solutions through practical advice and dynamic execution. He has advised on numerous high-profile examinerships and restructurings, securing successful outcomes for businesses and key stakeholders.

His extensive commercial experience, which he gained outside the setting of a traditional advisory firm, underpins his approach.

Colin’s clients range from financial institutions to government entities, private equity firms and distressed corporates.
